Information Technology Directorate (ITD) provides a range of IT services and support to the UPH community, under the direction of Stefenes So (IT Director). The ITD organisational structure consists of the following areas:
1. Governance
IT Strategy and Governance is responsible for the planning, design and governance of UPH’s ICT systems. Activities include development of policies and standards of ICT governance, formulation and evaluation of ICT Strategic Plan.
2. Solution Architect
Solution Architect is responsible to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications. Business Solutions also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications. Activities include business process and system analysis, design and improvement.
3. Development
System Development is responsible to develop and implement the organizational information systems and software applications. This includes system configuration, development and deployment.
4. Operation
IT Service and Operation is responsible for the operation and maintenance of computer systems, communication networks and database management across the University. This includes Service Desk, Application Service, data and voice networks, internet access, wireless and telephony, email, server maintenance, data storage and infrastructure security.
