UPH IT Policy for IT Directorate: IT Emergency Situation and Recovery Policy

This policy states the things which must be obeyed and be the guidelines for all UPH employee.
    a. All emergency situations which includes everything that can damage the system.
    b. Everything excluding human error, such as natural disasters.
    c. What needs to be done when emergency occurs, the actions must be in accord to emergency procedure.
    d. Emergency plan should provide in all departments, units; simulations must be done at least twice a year.
